Allen School of Health Sciences Celebrates First Associate Degree Graduates

In June 2014 the Allen School of Health Sciences announced that they would be offering an Associates of Applied Science in Medical Insurance Billing and Coding. This is the first degree program ever to be offered by the institution.  In January of 2015 they are extremely proud to celebrate the first graduates of this exciting new program. Sharon Anton, Medical Insurance Billing and Coding Director had this to say regarding the inaugural degree program class: “Our first Associate’s class of graduates is one to be commended as they worked very hard to achieve success.  I had the pleasure of working with them as they persevered in their classes and showed true knowledge of future billers and coders.  Allen School of Health Sciences is proud of their hard work and accomplishments and wishes them the absolute best as they begin their careers in the healthcare field.  They have paved the road for future students in the Associate’s Program.” Elizabeth Hunt, Director of Academic Affairs also wishes to offer her congratulations to this exceptional group of students. You each have shown passion, effort, and hard work over the past 6 months and it has been a privilege to be a part of your educational journey. Keep up the good work and continue to strive!” To learn more about the institution and programs offered at the Allen School of Health Sciences please visit www.allenschool.edu.
