THIS IS A THREAD I FOUND WHEN I CLICKED THROUGH ON YOUR ARTICLE ON THE ALLEN SCHOOL BLOG TODAY. IT IS EXCITING TO READ ABOUT THINGS LIKE THIS PUMP TONY:
Long story short,my father, who has alzheimers, got a pain in his side.Doctor,operation.The doctor opened him up,and was floored. Not only did he have gall stone, but the gall bladder had ruptered, all the stones had gone all over his insides. The gall bladder was GANGREEND and was poisioning his whole body. The doctored gave him a 60 percent survival. He did not expect him to make it.He is after all 83 yrs old.The doctor told us about this pump, and asked if we would like to use it.Well, after 3 weeks in the hospital,he came home. The doctor recommened rehab, but my sister refused, because he has alzheimers. She was worried about the type of care he would get.It took 3 days to find a portable one.Well, when they did the surgery, lyprasocpic didn’t do it,they had to open him up.the wound was about 6″ wide.He has been home 3 days, and with this pump, the wound has shrunk to 1 1/2 ” !!!!! Just AMAZING!!!! The nurse comes monday, wednesday, and friday, and changes the dressing.I look at it with amazement.!! This thing is nothing short of a life saver.I haven’t got the bills from the whole thing, but I will let you know. All I can say is…this thing is awesome !!!!
